It’s a book that made the Hedgehog Concept famous.
Based on Isaiah Berlin’s work – where the world is split into hedgehogs and foxes – it follows the parable that while foxes might know a lot of things, hedgehogs know the one thing which will help them win.
And that’s really what we’re all about. Focusing on the one audience that will help you win. Our name is a bit of a reminder to resist the temptation to do it all – and eat the fox instead.
